1. Kabz :- Subah-shaam 3 chhuhare kha kar baad mein garm paani peene se kabz door hoti hain. Khazoor ka achaar bhojan ke saath khaya jaye toh Acidity nahi hoti hain aur mooh ka swaad bhi theek rahta hain. Khazoor ka achaar banane ki recipe thodi mushkil hain, Isliye market se bana banaya achaar hi lena behtar rahta hain.

2. Juyein :- Khazoor ki guthali ko paani mein ghees kar seer par lagane se seer ki jooyein mar jati hain.

3. Blood pressure :- Low blood pressure wale mareez 3-4 khajoor garm paani mein dhokar guthali nikaal de. Inhe gaay ke garm doodh ke saath ubaal le. Uble huye doodh ko subah-shaam piye. Kuch hi dino mein Low blood pressure se chhutkara mil jayega.

4. Khansi :- Chhoohare ko ghee mein bhoon kar din mein 2-3 baar sewan karne se khansi, chhink, Jukam aur balgum mein rahat milti hain.

5. Periods mein :- Chhuhare khane se periods khul kar aate hain aur kamar dard mein bhi fayda hota hain.

6. Purane ghaav :- Purane ghaavo ke liye khajoor ki guthali ko jala kar raakh bana le. Jakhmo par is raakh ko lagane se ghaav bhar jate hain.

7. Bistar par peshab :- Chhuhare khane se peshab ke rog door ho jate hain. Budhape mein peshab baar-baar aata ho toh din mein 2-3 chhuhare khane se labh hota hain. Chhuhare wala doodh bhi faydemand rahega. Agar baccha bistar par peshab karta ho toh usay bhi raat ko chhuhare wala doodh pilaye. Yeh shakti deta hain.

8. Diabetes :- Sugar ke patient jinke liye meethaai, Chini aadi mana ho, limited quantity mein khajoor ka halwa kha sakte hain. Khazoor mein veh bekar ke gun nahi hain jo Ganne wali chini mein paye jate hain.

9. Aankho ke rog :- Khajoor ki guthali ka soorma aankho mein daalne se aankhon ke rog door hote hain.

10. Daanto ka galna :- Chhuhare kha kar garm doodh peene se calcium ki kami se hone wale rog, jaise daanto ki kamjori, haddiyo ka galna aadi rook jate hai.
